Greetings All - campaign help

So we purchased 3 campaigns from the IL-2 site / but I purchased the game through steam. 

1 - hell hawks

2- actung spitfire

3- steel birds

-we have bodenplatte and kuban as stated in the store.

-start the game up and these campaigns are still locked.

-we have license keys and it shows they are activated.

 

 so am i missing something? sent a message through customer service with no reply a week ago

I bought the game straight from the website, so I don’t know how it works, but did you link your website account to the Steam version? If not, then you’ll only be able to use items you bought on Steam

For me it works perfectly.

No I did not link my accounts together

We opened a steam account a long while before we opened the il-2 account - if i delete the il-2 account i will loose my purchases

Write to the support. They can help you to link your two accounts.

If you purchased Bodenplatte and Kuban from the IL-2 website, you would be able to play the campaigns in your IL-2 account. But if it is only the campaigns, you purchased from IL-2, you will have to wait for the help of the support.

You have to link your Steam account to your IL2 account for website purchases to show up. It should give you the option to link your accounts when you start up the game.

 

Also, who is "we"? If you try to use one IL2 account with multiple persons, that may cause problems.
