How do you destroy the Battery Todt?

Could've sworn a few patches ago, the SC1000 (or higher) were the only bombs that could kill it. Now, I dropped 5x1800 and it is still alive?

It worked with a He111H6 and sc1000 bombs, i think you're right. Ain't fair!

Been trying with allied planes and 1000lb bombs; no way it seems? see attachment with p47d22.

 

These German bunkers survive everything. On the Dutch coastline there are many still standing 80 years after they were built.

I used 5x1800 direct hits and the icon is still up indicating it is still alive. I'm boggled.

Use a fake block on top of the bunker, and when the fake block is destroyed, you can also destroy (visually) the bunker. See here:

You are looking at the Firing_Point objects as Artillery or Blocks. They are not. Change the H630 at Opuk to a ToDT here:

A Fake_Block in which you can set durability/threshold can also be used if you'd like.

This method works for any of the Firing-point Objects.
