=IRFC=Eccho Posted January 9, 2022 Posted January 9, 2022 Whenever I am using the Spitfire Mk.IXe trackir behaves very strangely. The Y and X axes is inverted, I can barely move my head, and I can control the Z axis at all. Recentering just makes me face down at my seat. This makes the Spitfire Mk.IXe completely unplayable, but this does not happen with any other aircraft in the game. I checked my trackir profiles and there is nothing like this, and the camera is also not rotated. Everything should be normal. What could this be? (Attached some images) Thanks in advance.
Ghost666 Posted January 9, 2022 Posted January 9, 2022 It looks like to me that you have lost your head position in that plane. What happens when you pause or turn off your trackerir and recenter your head? If your view is still looking down at your seat then you need to recenter your pilots head.

Pausing and recentering didnt work, tried restarting and updating trackir still didnt work, how should i recenter my pilots head?

The second way is to delete the saved snapview file for the Spit IXe. Then when you go back into the game you have the default view. To due this delete the file as shown below. Hope this helps, Good luck

I had to made another TracIR config with much more aggressive curves exclusively for that planes.
Gingerwelsh Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 OP. I had the same problem with P51 B. Re validation cured it. ..
