Where are the files or images for the loading screens located?

Title, where do I find the folder with the loading screens?

the Game path (wherever you saved your game), then data - swf - il2 - preloader -images 

only works if mods are on i think.

Sadly, I cant find a preloader or images folder in swf or anywhere in the game files, even with mods turned on.

They're packed inside the .gtp files. You'll first have to unpack them using unGTP-IL2.exe, which you can find here:

The other option to get this solved is, that you Download a Mod which has the feature of changing the preload screens, there is one flying around in the mod section, that is how i gathered this

 

here it is 

 

 

in this Mod its included, you can just pick the preload screen folder, if you don´t want the other features. but one thing you need to know if you change the loading screens, which i think you want to do is they are a little stretched, have that in mind when you resize your pictures.
