ghostlenin Posted January 8, 2022 Posted January 8, 2022 (edited) Everything was working fine last week or so - perhaps before the December 28 patch. I bought several of the campaigns that were on sale direct from the IL-2 website. I have Battle of Stalingrad through Steam, then I linked my account and got the other campaigns through the website. I started the game once to make sure all the new content was there, then I stopped for a bit until my new Gladiator NXT arrived yesterday. Now when I try to start, I just get a black/blank screen. It drops the resolution of my monitor which I don't think happened before. Task Manager says IL-2 is not responding, and all I can do is kill the process. I've updated my graphics drivers (RTX 3060), verified file integrity (it updated 2 files), uninstalled and reinstalled through Steam, and starting without my new joystick plugged in. Nothing worked, same result every time. I don't see any error message displayed, are there log files to look at somewhere? Everything was working fine before. Nothing's changed on my computer except for what I noted above (updated drivers, got a new joystick). Other games like Enlisted continue to work without issue.
