PC Lagging and Stuttering despite being able to run it(as far as I know)

I've been wanting to play IL-2 for a long time, but for some reason it is very laggy and stutters a lot. When I do a tester to see if I can run the game, the results say that I should be able to play the game with no issues. I am only wanting to be able to play the career mode, not online, so I wouldn't think I need a whole much more than what I already have. Anyway, here are My Specs: 

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz   2.50 GHz

RAM: 8.00 GB

Graphics Card : Intel R UHD

I think your Graphics "Card" is your processor (i.e. integrated graphics) which sucks wind. I used to play with the same setup plus a cheaper Radeon graphics card (RX 580). So, you probably could upgrade to a true graphics card, turn the graphics down to the lower settings and be okay.

 

But, you're system is really beginning to be too slow for top flight sims. Unfortunately, prices are insanely high right now.

 

EDIT: I just checked out some older graphics cards and WTF prices are insane.

Disregard, I actually just got my game running fine. I have no idea what i did differently.
