Paid for some battles but still showing locked, unable to use

As I have paid the battles, and got key, however, when entering the game, still some purchased battles are still shown locked.

I have sent inquire email for more than 4 days and no one reply me yet.

 

It seems I have linked my steam account with IL-2 account successfully, however, unable to use anything for what I have paid so far.

Do you own Battle of Kuban, Battle of Bodenplatte, and the spitfire Mk Vb collector plane? These campaigns require them to unlock.
