stuttering and framerate drop near airfields

I'm experiencing stuttering and framerate drop when approaching airfields on the Rhineland map.  Is anyone else?

Asch and Ophoven seem the main culprits I've found.  Lowering graphics settings doesn't improve the matter.

usually it depends on graphic settings, and in tensity of in game activities. hard to say if it's map related.

I only experience this myself on the Rheinland map, the other maps showing no signs of stuttering, in singleplayer, and then only as I approach the larger paved or Marston matt Allied airfields, as the small grass fields don't seem to do it. By the time I enter the pattern for landing it is stable and everything runs fine - I do not see this entering a session with a takeoff from one of theses airfields I suspect this is due to everything loading immediately upon starting the mission and spawning in. I haven't noticed it near Axis airfields but I haven't flown Axis in a while I just attack them;-). I notice it more if the airfield is close to a large city or surrounded by forest, which would evidently require more loading processing power. It is short-lived while all the objects load on the airfield and I have just taken it for granted that it is just my system catching up to the loading process as this was common in lot's of sims and games over the years no matter how good my PC is.

I can run IL-2 at Ultra with all the settings maxed with no problems, but usually fly at High settings maxed out as from studying on forums and Youtube tech guy vids it appears that Ultra really doesn't improve things in a noticeable manner and High settings here look just fine. Whichever I use I have very good low temperatures across the board so it's not thermal throttling. The stuttering is momentary regardless of which I use, Ultra or High, so I just assume this map has some rather intensive object loading going on near the large airfields. PS- I don't get stuttering over large cities as I approach them so I consider this to be an airfield issue for whatever reason. Maybe an highend Intel system does better? I don't know. It's a minor inconvenience that I pretty much ignore anyway, just dropping my 2 cents worth here for note.
