How could I recover my offline Career Mode status?

Hi, Happy and Healthy New Year to all virtual pilots!

 

I have had a crash of my hard disk and Windows 10, and I have to reinstall everything from scratch. I had a nice offline "Career" in Great Battles, that I'd like to continue. Where are the data of the Career mode stored, and which files should I have to recover? Any help is welcome, thanks in advance.

Even if I can't recover the data, I'd like to know where are they usually stored so I can program a periodically backup of the relevant files in other hard disk in the future
