Purchasing Battle of Normandy

Does anyone know why Battle of Normandy cant be purchased to integrate into the rest of the game? I own all of them already. When I goto check out, it tells me it can only be purchased as a gift.

You already own it. BoN is in pre-release. Only certain parts of it are available (P-47-D22, Spitfire XIV, etc.).

The planes are being incorporated as they are released.  Many of them are available in the Bodenplatte career.  All can be used online, in QMB, and from the mission builder.  In PWCG I have found a use for everything released to date, even with a September 1944 as the earliest start date for a career.
