How to start multiple apps/programs with IL2 one click?

Hey guys...currently when i want to run BOX i have to open SRS, Discord, Teamspeak, the VRNeckSafe, then open Steam, click on IL2, tick the VR box and select start. Also if i just double click the shortcut to IL2 on my desktop without going into steam it only opens the 2D version and not the VR.

Does anybody know if there is a way to do all this with just one click on a shortcut on my desktop?

Old school batch file?

(although having VR stuff in there would complicate that since that's a whole other device with software to get in the loop)
