Update 4.702 Graphical Bugs on Intel Integrated Graphics

Brief description: Before update 4.702, I did not have this problem, but after it, I now see large flashing rectangles in the sky.
Detailed description, conditions: Occurs while viewing from inside a cockpit (the problem does not exist in 3rd person view).
Your PC config data (OS, drivers, specific software): Windows 10 64bit Version 19042.1415, Intel i7-1185G7, Intel Iris Xe Graphics Version 30.0.100.9864, 16GB RAM, Dell XPS 13 9310

I have the same issue.  HP envy with irisxe.

started a couple days ago and I cannot fix it

I found that turning on msaa antialiasing fixes the blockiness, but causes gunsight and frame rate issues.  I am running a similar system to yours.  See my post here.

Thank you so much for the tip!!!! I'm sorry to hear that your gunsight vanishes (mine was unaffected). I literally had went out and bought IL-2 1946 because I thought this was unplayable.
