Simplified Wingmen modification/skin menu for career?

Would it be possible to revamp the planning room menu in Career mode to make it easier and less time consuming to change the AI Wingmen's skins and modifications? Something like a checkbox menu where you put in the skin and modifications to be made and then check all the aircraft you want it applied to?

A little like PWCG where every squadron member has the same skin autimatically assigned for every mission so you can recongnize them in air
