download the 

DR2.apk file

load it in your Android smartphone and install it

I connect PC with smartphone with USB cable, put the apk file in my Android Download folder than open it with a file manager

Thanks veteran. I have downloaded it ok, I meant to say, how do you use it to navigate please, there are three lines to set, but I'm not sure what I am supposed to do?

With the He111 arrow you set your Flight course (Black scale)

The blue one where the wind comes from (Black scale), on the white scale you see the angle wind/ Plane (drift angle)

 

The Red small pointer you can set a radio beacon (DCS Mosquito) you need it to determine your Position
