Add Rudder Pedals?

Hello all, 

 

I just got new rudder pedals, but when plugged in they were not automatically recognized by IL2 (they work fine in other sims). I assume they will have to be added manually. How can I do this?

You did calibrate and assigned them right?

You gotta assign the rudder axis to them in the game's control input settings.

If they work in other games we can assume the calibration is OK.

 

At the main screen:    Settings / Key Mapping / Plane controls / Plane control: Yaw

 

If you had any other controller assigned previously to rudder, delete that first.

 

Read the instructions carefully.
