Help Needed On Gifted Item

As the title says I was gifted an item but the activation key is all stared out, followed by a blue box that say gift.

I can not gift it on to myself. Does anyone have an idea how I can get this activated?

I got the gift from cardboard_killer and he said for me to ask here as he does not know the answer.

Could it be it's already activated for you?

Check what the product/item is, and whether it's already available to you.

 

(I think I've gifted some stuff left and right, but cannot remember or recall anything gifted to me... so I am just guessing here!)

I checked to see if it was already activated in game but no luck.

Guess I will contact support to see if they can help.
