Which is most current is irrelevant really. All BoX theaters are brought up to date with each new patch or upgrade. Battle of Bodenplatte is the most recent completed release. Battle of Normandy is still in development. All editions are worth the price of purchase. IMHO.

The game is a shared game engine with different content for each product. Each product has a new map, new planes, etc. So old products never become abandoned.

 

I would suggest getting the premium versions of these:

Battle of Bodenplatte
Battle of Moscow
Battle of Stalingrad
Battle of Kuban

 

That is so much content that you'll have plenty to do until the next sale
