All my careers are broken with new patch??

Today after the patch, played a few missions on my allied bob career, decided to change squad and when I pressed next day the game froze, restarted the game and when I press the career button the game froze again (not even getting to the screen to choose the career), after a few tries, I went and picked up an older saved cp file from november... now I can choose a career, but when I press next day... it says failed to load next day or something like that... and goes back to the main screen so now I lost all my careers, some were almost over with and others had 300+ missions... I was going for that german medal of 500 missions on one of those careers...

 

Is there a fix for this??

 

Is it possible to create a new career and then using a database editor and copy all info from the old careers to the new one in an easy way?

 

Done validating files, old careers still don't work, new ones do. Old careers where there is a movie work... old careers where I've finished all missions of that day and need to press next day... fail.

 

Solution: Using db editor, I skipped forward a day and now they are working... still something for the devs to look into.

Ok, today had to go back to a backup career file of just a few hours back, and gave me lots of problems again, always have to validate files from steam, skip a day using a db editor... shouldn't just be copying the cp file to career? do I need to backup something else as well??

@raizde2, in addition to the career database, you need to copy the directory with your saves(IL2_Folder\data\swf\il2), since it just so happened. My advice, wait for the next update, there will be a correction of the "next day" problem in the career.
