What do you need?

Hi I am a developer noob. I am at the moment not able to contribute anything coding wise (and I am learning adndroid development anyway) but am interested in helping out regarding research etc... for the game that you are developing.

 

I am very fond of the other games that 1C has created like Assault squad etc... and the level of attention to detail, depth, and sheer scope of the various units, viehicles, etc... not to mention buildings, materials, fauna too.

 

I am interested in the second world war especially the mechanics and specs of weaponry, viehicles, uniforms. And not just the meat and potato details but how they performed in the field and things of that nature. It would be more than enjoyable fo me to perform research on any of the real world counterparts and specific missions etc... I am only limited by my being in Canada and therefore unable to do any research on the ground. I am more than able to follow any instructions and perform any webbased research if you need me to.

 

Should you need anything further from me and what I can do for you please let me know via a PM or reply. I can give you at least 5hrs a week and more should you need it and or I get really into something. lol

Happy New Year BlackSix - this should be a very good year for all your team.

As you probably all know, I am a bit of a WWII historical aviation enthusiast - could you (or somebody) recommend some Russian books (translated into English), either written by Russian Historians or Russian WWII pilots on the 'Battle of Stalingrad - in the Air'.

I am going to do some historical study on the battle for creating my own campaigns, while you get the new flight sim ready to launch.
