DXGI first then freezing - now non-loading on steam after latest update update

Sorry I don’t have specs details I’m on my iPad at work but windows 10 pc- followed every set of corrective actions I could find. From driver updates - registry- fresh install - the list was significant. At present - game will load with background sound - no video on direct x 12. Anyone got any ideas? Love the game. And frankly I’m not as gifted as mst of you with pc terms - but I can follow directions. Thanks.

I think the game needs DirectX 11. Use DXdiag.exe to check it? Type this in the start - search box.
