Have lost 6DOF in VR cockpit views-how can I get it back?

Just in the last week I've lost 6dof .My pilot's head seems locked in one place inside the cockpit very close to instrument panel. There is no lean foreword or back .I can turn side to side but cannot lean either way .This happened all by itself with Mods on or off .I suppose I could have hit the wrong key on keyboard but can't remember doing so. I might add I am a happy iser of the neck saver mod ,but have been using it long before this glitch .Not a big problem-merely irritating .Thanks!
