Could we please have the simple option to change individual paintschemes for the flights in Quick Missions

Quick missions are great but they are so frustrating as any paint scheme that is chosen is applied to every aircraft in the flight, which for a flight simulation looks sadly ridiculous.

Would it be possible to add something like this so aircraft can have individual skins and loadouts....if not, just individual skins...please?

And generic default unit skins for career mode! Plain Jane skins need to go.
