Game using wrong Refresh Rate while in Fullscreen mode.

Hi, my monitor is a five years old Samsung 27” basic curved monitor, which looks like can reach 72Hz. But for more performance I changed the refresh rate thru Windows settings to 60Hz. Now, many games while in fullscreen don’t overpass the 60FPS which means it’s using the correct Hertz’s, but other games like Hearts of Iron IV and IL-2 Srurmovik don’t recognize that and uses 72Hz… Is there a way to fix this? Thank you.

Well, you can try limiting the in-game FPS to 60 in the graphics settings. And, possibly, is there a way to change the refresh rate with your monitor settings?
