KG 51 missions in 1944

From what I have read, the book Das Flurschaden-Geschwader has a list of missions flown by KG 51 in 1944-45. I'm especially interested in the missions flown by I./KG 51 and II./KG 51 after their conversion to the Me 262.

 

If anyone has a copy of this book, could you possibly please help me in compiling a mission list for these 2 units?
