Atlantia39 Posted December 11, 2021 Posted December 11, 2021 Hello! The title pretty much says it all... After the update...no matter what weather/cloud conditions I set up in the Quick Mission menu...I ALWAYS get a sun shiny day with high clouds. Am I missing something? Is the weather model broken now?
Rjel Posted December 11, 2021 Posted December 11, 2021 Working on my end. Just flew with beautiful cloud formations.
Beebop Posted December 11, 2021 Posted December 11, 2021 Any mods installed? If you were using rowdyb00t's Cloud Mod the new weather makes it unusable. I got acceptable results with the 'High' setting in Graphics but 'Extreme' is the cats pajamas's. Even at lower settings though you should get more than clear skies/high clouds. I also had "orphans" from my previous use of the Cloud Mod and got the new clouds when I turned Mods off. If having Mods off fixes it you might have an orphan file. Check Main game Folder > data > graphics and see if you have a 'sky' folder there. If so remove it. That's what worked for me.

I DO have a 'sky' folder installed! Will remove and advise... DELETING that pesky 'sky' folder did the trick! Thanks!!! 1
