Game Launch Error AtmSphere.fx

After the latest patch the game starts to load and I get an error that aborts the start  The dialog box says file not found with the text graphics\shaders\trash\AtmSphere.fx

 

Any clues

Do you have any mods for clouds, etc? Last update changed a lot of things with the atmosphere so that could be a source of trouble

Hi RedKestrel no MODs used.

Only way I could fix this was a completely new install.
