Mission Editor...Is there a download available?

Hello,

I think something is f*cked with my Mission Editor.

 

I cannot seem to load or even resave missions anymore.

 

Is there a way to download/reinstall a fresh copy of just the Editor so I can get all my Missions up to

the present version?

 

Any advice is much apprieciated!

The ME is integral to the game.  It is not a stand alone application.

Have you Re-saved your missions since the update?  You will need to to get them to open in the ME or to play.

From the release notes:

"The mission format was changed, so third-party missions and campaigns need to be re-saved using Mission Editor or Mission Re-saver utility."

The mission editor is located in your installation -- under bin/editor as shown below.

 

If that is what isn't working for you, you may need to do a re-install

Problem is....when I attempt to 'Resave' my 3rd Party Missions...the Mission Editor promptly 'Crashes'/'Not Responding'

I SIMPLY HAD TO WAIT A BIT THEN THE RESAVER DID IT THING.

Some missions take a long time to process. Keep the task small.

Yes, be patient. It took mine about 4 hours to re-save, but then I do have all the Scripted Campaigns available.
