New patch and resaving the missions in the mission editor as directed by the patch notes and they wont load now

Hi all I have tried to resave all the mission files that I run on my server through the editor using the option to "resave all mission files in folder" as directed by the patch notes for the latest update today, when I try and load a mission now in the editor it fails to open with a "error reading mission file" msg, what is the correct way to get my server missions that were running a few hors ago working again ??

Save copy of all your missions and then delete all files *.msnbin before resave.
