Virpil joystick not recognised after update

finally got it to recognise my Virpil joystick again but only if I turn off my winwing Combat panel and my winwing takeoff panel ,if i try and use either one IL2 asks if I want to transfer the joystick commands to my winwing stuff? which is moronic it asks me to choose which to use so I choose my joystick but it still disbles my joystick ingame? is there a limit on how many periferals you can have in IL2?

It might have to do with wrong USB IDs set in windows.

I found joyID.exe and USBdeview very useful tools for fixing these kind of errors. Latter cleans out a lot of left behind and unused drivers set by former used plugged stuff, like USB sticks and external drives. White ones are safe to remove.

 

Just checked my PC with USBdeview; old left behind Thrustmaster warthog drivers present: marked white, and AS media drivers from before an MB update.

Uninstalled them now.
