Super_Tonton Posted December 5, 2021 Posted December 5, 2021 Hi all, I got a strange problem with IL-2 in VR : both eye images do not have the same aspect ratio. Right eye seems correct, but left eye is shrinked horinzontally! The game is unplayable like that. There is no problem in steamVR lobby nor in other VR games, just in IL-2. Did some tests without any effect : changing steamVR supersampling, disable/enable motion smoothing, reinstalled steamVR, tested with steamVR beta Any ideas? Thanks, Alex
RAAF492SQNOz_Steve Posted December 5, 2021 Posted December 5, 2021 Check the Experience options setting. From memory................ Setting it to best performance can result in some display issues.
Super_Tonton Posted December 5, 2021 Author Posted December 5, 2021 Wow! Right on! Thanks a lot Steve Alex

Rules to code by: One should always prefer to interface properly instead of building the library of Alexandria. And do not drop nulls, they may be useful later. Grrrr!
[CPT]Crunch Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 It will do the same thing in DCS if not set correctly, might try boosting up to 1080p also.
SCG_Fenris_Wolf Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 DCS ain't much better. It won't do it in properly connected games, which most are.
