Requesting a transfer?

In career mode, was told I need to request a transfer. How does one comply?

As I read about playing cards, I remembered reading about Knokke's experiences and how they often used to play cards... one evening in 1943., of the airmen - Erich Führmann - just kept winning the whole time, no matter what... others were furious of constant losing.

He was one of those types that weren't loud or really popular, but he was always there in the background.

But that night Erich was having the run of his life in beating his comrades over and over again.

The next mission, his Gustav was last seen losing altitude and disappearing in the clouds. He crashed in some swamp and hasn't survived.

Squadron was stunned by these news, but people often realize worth of others once they aren't around anymore.

They clearly sabotaged his DB605 out of spite.
