Mission description is loading. But nothing happens.

Under Missions I get mission descriptions for all except 5.

Recon

           Fighter - P40 - Evening Recon

           Recon-U-2VS Frontline reconnaissance duty

 

Transport

           Attack-Tempest V - U-Boats in Rotterdam

           Fighter-P-51D -B25 escort to Aachen

           Prelude to winter storm ect

 

for these 5 I get “Mission description is loading”

 

however it never does????

 

Is there a fix for this?

G'day,

it sounds like the missions were created before the last update/patch. you need to open the IL2 mission editor and under tools option (middle top line of option tabs) drop down menu select resave missions in folder. navigate to the folder you have your missions in and hit resave. they should load after that.

Yes, you need to use the resaver tool or manually open them in the editor and save again

They are not my missions, I believe they are part of 4.605 as are the others under the missions folder?

Those are my missions, i recognize the names of most of them.
