Channel Dash mission for the new Normandy map

Normandy is coming. IL-2 is completing a nice set of options for the west, but despite the map being from 1944 it is possible to make other adapted battles. Since the BOS is made in 1942 and we have many planes of this year, I think it's possible and interesting to do a mission for the Cerberus operation.

Basically it needs the map with the Straits of Dover and Calais, this map is the new one that will arrive soon™. And a cloudy day, German warships to escort and an air-naval mission.

Season: Winter

 

Set of aircraft:

Spitfire Mk. Vb                     Bf 109 F-4/2

Hurricane Mk. IIc                 Fw 190 A-3 (limited)
A-20B                                   Bf 110 E-2
B-25 (BOT)                          Ju 88 A-4

Objectives:
Destroy enemy fleet for bombers
Cover the ships for german fighters

The Germans with a large naval fleet being the main part of the allied objective to destroy these ships. The English with some ships to serve as targets for German bombers.

When Normandy was anounced I thought quickly at this scenario, I m more interested to clash Luftwaffe vs RAF years 41- 42 than Normany landing
