Game just stopped working

So, I have two problems. First, the main is that my game just stopped working without any reason. No changes were made, but the game just won't start anymore. I can start it thru admin, but here comes the seccond problem:

 

when I copy all the files and start the game or start it thru admin I don't have my saves there and they are not in User file too. This was even before the game stopped working, but since it all worked perfectly just with double clicking the icon I had no intension in solving that. Now double clicking the icon doesn't work anymore and admin wont load the saves, yaddy yadda ya, I already said that.

 

had anyone else the same issue, or does anyone have an idea where my saves can be stored if not in the users file?

 

(btw, I had instalation issues 2 months ago, when I instaled the game, so something might have been screwed in the proces of fixing that, but everything worked fine until now. I dont think I have any duplicates in my PC, where the saves could be however.)
