Cannot Accessing some of the new Missions

For example “Attack on the submarine pens” the “P-40 recon flight” and several other say they are opening the mission brief. Doesn’t happen. 
 

Has anyone been able to do so?

Seems like you need to RES avé thé missions in thé ME using « Resave all missions in the  folder »
