you know a game which is fitting for someone with multiple sclerosis?

I know someone he was or is a gamer. But he is suffering from severe multiple sclerosis. you know a game in which his tremor is no problem. As example  he cant definitely not play flightsims. But he always liked strategy games. You have any ideas?

Well, chess seems like a great option. I was completely hooked up on chess this Summer. It will probably be possible to have voice commands for it, too. And online chess puts you against guys suitable for your level, so there is always fun and improvement

I have multiple sclerosis? . Skinning is a very god 'game' for me. ( my biggest problems have in the legs , cant walk. I  not have tremor.)

thanks for these answers. He has a tremor and a ataxie so he would drive the car in a tree probably
