Just for BOS?

I wanted to ask is PWCG just for BOS or can it be used for different great battles like Kuban or Bodenplatte?

Yes, it is good for the Great Battles series.

PWCG covers Moscow to end of war in the east.  I reuse the Stalingrad and BoBP maps for 1944 and 1945.  In the west PWCG covers Sept 1944 to end of war.  When Normandy comes out I plan on moving things back all the way to 1940 with a fake BoB.

 

PWCG also covers Flying Circus, June 1917 to end of war.
