Beta stage?

Did i miss something? Patch incoming since last friday?

 

Hasnt it been said that beta means "feature and content complete"?

Maybe it is "feature and content complete" in some closed version that us early-accessorinos don't yet get to see.

I very much doubt that the He 111 is "content complete" (flying and with all systems working) but other than that, I suppose we might be getting close. The last DD basically said, that the campaign is ready to be merged with the sim, which basically makes it playable. I don't get, why people weren't more excited by that piece of news than they were put down by the delay of the Fw190.

I dont care for singleplayer or campaigns. For me its all about multiplayer and flyable planes.

But thats just me and i am happy for everyone thats waiting for it (campaign).

Today, a new stage of development is upon us – the Beta-version stage. The Alpha version is a cast copy of the project, it’s a shadow with the original forms merely sketched. The Beta version already has all key elements and the game is practically ready to be released - it just needs to be tested and tweaked. Our game will remain in the Beta stage for the whole summer of 2014. All this time will be spent for testing and quality assurance procedures. lL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad will be released in September 2014.

Founders have early access version, which is less completed and less bugged than beta version.
