losing fps when its winter/snowy

I encounter a problem my graphics settings work fine in the summer and autumn maps but on winter maps with snow I got bad frames its running slower than on the autumn summer maps. 

 

vsynchro is on. and the pictures are just to slow. how do I find optimume out of the winter maps without losing frames?

No it was the career mode when front activity is on high.
