POV hat switch losing settings

Hi

 

Started an FW190A3 campaign at Stalingrad (career mode) and my hat switch lost its shit, instead of doing what it was told it would just zoom up to gun sight

any body else had this issue, I rechecked and remapped again and every works in quick mission, so I am confused

Some more info the loss of hat switch settings appear to be once auto pilot has been switched on and off

Check if you have double key bindings (every key can be mapped to more than one command, so if you press it, everything the key is mapped to will happen in random order (if applicable to that aircraft)). If there's a double mapping for a particular key, an orange thingy will show in the control settings menu on that key.
