Custom Decals

Are there any aircraft besides the P-51 which have the custom decal feature (where you can pick any three letters/numbers) to stamp on the skin?

Hi, do we need a rocket scientist degree to be able to know how to use this feature? 
Can any one please share their wisdom on how and where to put these letters on the skins of these two aircrafts?
I am following the weekly updates and did read the update post when this feature was released, then ran the game and after selecting the aircraft did not find any option.

I'm not at the game and I'm new so I may be remembering wrong.  I do this often to keep others on their toes.  

 

On the customization screen are three tabs on the window on the right side of the screen.  3 or 4 tabs I can't remember.  I think in one of those tabs you can assign letters and numbers?

The option will be on the "select skin" tab above the dropdown to select the skin. You can stamp the custom decals over any of the skins, but they will look best on the default skin.

You do this on the skin selection tab when setting up your aircraft before hitting the "Start" button.

Select the Skin tab on the setup screen, and if your aircraft has the ability to use the tactical code decals, this screen will appear.

 

 

First select the color, then the letter or number. You must do this for each letter or number.  The decal is then placed on your skin. You have no choice on where it is located.  Remember, that not all aircraft have this feature yet.
