Failed to Load after extracting files for initial game install - help!

I have a new Asus G15 laptop and purchased flying circus and Bodenheim games but after 7 LONG attempts to download and install the game, it consistently fails to load during the final few seconds of the install process.  I have tried everything listed that I could find re: options to get around this...safe mode install, disable virus protection, running as administrator...nothing is working.  I'm so excited to play these games but also incredibly frustrated that I cant successfully install software that I just paid a lot of money for.  

 

Does anyone have any tips to help me get this installed?  I've seen others list this as an issue but I've not seen anyone say what they did to get past it.  I'm not sure what else I can do at this point.  I really want to get this installed and I'm 100% sure I have the hardware to do it but at this point, I'm all out of options (short of calling credit card company and contesting the charge for the games, which I really dont want to do).  

 

So, help us Obi Wan, you're our only hope.
