ZiggyZiggyStar Posted November 14, 2021 Posted November 14, 2021 I found this recently on You Tube. I am lucky enough to have seen many of Peter’s aircraft flying at an air show in Masterton. How remarkable that little old NZ now has the largest collection of WW1 aircraft in the world. Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7gmZ9X9Aplk 1 5
ST_Catchov Posted November 15, 2021 Posted November 15, 2021 He should make a WW1 flight sim for kicks. He's got the planes for modelling purposes and a great love and knowledge of the period.

The Vintage Aviation Company might be a good source of aircraft information for the developers working on FC2 and FC3 if they find themselves lacking technical details for any of their models. ?
NO.20_Krispy_Duck Posted November 15, 2021 Posted November 15, 2021 What TVAL has done is extraordinary, DeMarco scandal aside. The rather exacting reproduction of aircraft, including parts and gauges is fantastic. It is very common that reproduction aircraft make numerous concessions to modernity - parts, gauges, engines, frames, etc. all modified from the original to create a working aircraft. So as it goes, TVAL has shown a high fidelity to reproducing period equipment and documenting a lot of what they do. It's serious time and investment to make this sort of thing work. 1 1
