zhutwo Posted November 13, 2021 Posted November 13, 2021 I've read that the Pimax HMDs have significantly larger sweet spots than most HMDs. One of the main issues with a small sweet spot is of course not being able to look behind without the help of a tool or chair rotation. Does the Pimax 8K X help with this or is it still too blurry on the edges?
SCG_Fenris_Wolf Posted November 14, 2021 Posted November 14, 2021 It helps but it is still blurry. But you notice there's something following you more easily.
TCW_Brzi_Joe Posted November 14, 2021 Posted November 14, 2021 (edited) I can not compare with other HMDs, but I need to use Necksaver to check my six (Pimax 8kx). Without it I can see my tail, but it is out of sweet spot. Edited November 14, 2021 by TCW_Brzi_Joe x
HR_Zunzun Posted November 14, 2021 Posted November 14, 2021 I thinkg technology needs still to advance quite a bit before one can achieve the same degree of six vision as in real life. Worth noting that is (real one) more restricted than in trackir.

It is a must have software for VR. Saludos. 15(Span.)/JG51Costa 2 2
