msnbin file and resave tool Q

I have a bunch of msnbin files ready for 4.605b. But no mission files.

 

Can you bulk re-save these all at once so that the mission files are saved, without importing these msnbin files one by one in the ME?

The re-saver tool in the ME cannot IMO.
