Bagpipe Posted November 12, 2021 Posted November 12, 2021 I tried to play for the first time since the last update but my camera/view won't stay still. It is wobbling all over the place constantly. My opentrack profile has not changed and I cannot find a setting to stop this having tried turning off headshake and playing with inertia sliders etc. Anybody else experiencing this? It is completely game breaking for me as is. Can anyone advise if there is a setting I am unaware of or a file i can edit to fix the issue
Hot_Rod Posted November 12, 2021 Posted November 12, 2021 Hi Bagpipe, I’m not sure if this is causing your issue, but you can check: Menu > Settings > Cameras. In the upper section - “Cockpit view” (upper left, 2nd item down), is a setting called “Head shake”. If that is checked, you could uncheck it and see if that helps your issue. Another possibility could be at the bottom of the “Cameras” Settings page under “External view”. If “Cinematic” is checked, uncheck it and try that. Hope that helps & “Pipes ready!” ? Rod
Bagpipe Posted November 12, 2021 Author Posted November 12, 2021 Hey folks, thanks for the replies. I have been pulling my hair out all day over this but have got to the bottom of it. It is not actually an IL-2 issue as it happens, I somehow managed to switch my opentrack to EWMA filter instead of Accela. No clue how i managed that without noticing it but my guess is leaning on the keyboard or my toddler smashing some buttons at some point. Anyways, seems I am all set to fly again now thankfully! 1
