[How to]Extract QMB missions?

Is there a way to extract and rework with the FME, the missions played in the QMB?

And if yes, where are the correct files?

In the data/missions folder. It's the  _gen.Mission file. It gets overwritten each time you generate a new QMB mission.

You're welcome. I've used it to save a couple of QMB missions that I use for testing. Load into the FME and save as whatever you want to call it.
