Key binding issues

Hi,

I can't bind any key switch button or axis to the radiator controls for the Spitfire IX or Tempest. I have all engine assistance turned off, also in the P-47 I have the keys set to link and unlink the throttle and turbo etc, but it's hit and miss If the key strokes work, the control's won't pair or un pair. Then if I go to the Spitfire the throttle and prop RPM become bound together I've had BoS for a year now and never linked them before, it's like the controls and key bindings work when they feel like it.

This is very frustrating,  I seem to spend more time sorting this kind of issue out than flying. I have looked through the forums and spoken to people who fly BoS with no answers.

My system is as follows.

Windows 10-pro 64 bit

Intel R core i7-8700k cpu 3.7 3.7

Ghz

16 gig ram 

64 bit x64 processor

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 Ti

Direct X12

All driver's up to date, file integrity checked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Spitfire IX has automatic radiator controls, and the Tempest uses the water radiator open/close one step commands also used in the Bf 110 and noted as such in the key mapping commands section of the game.

Thanks for the reply, I was getting the MKV Spit mixed up with the IX. But still have the issue with the Tempest, I understand it's open or closed, I just can't get any keys to bind to it. I've asked a m8 who has the Tempest,  who has confirmed I'm trying to bind to the correct place in the set up menu.
