Dive bombing and rocketry.....?

That little white diamond seems to work well with rockets, at least for me. But, that little round white circle seems to lure me to my demise when dive bombing. Yes, I have seen the tutorial on bombing and strafing, but on the screen I am using, from the pilot's normal position, if I can identify what it is I'm shooting, I am toast, hitting the ground. Yeah I know, pulling out sooner would be a good idea.?

I haven't tried 'zooming' in too often, would that help? I'm getting tired of slamming into terra ferma, mostly strafing........

I have not been able to use the white bomb circle.  I was under the impression that flying level it would tell me where the bomb would go when it smacked dirt... big letdown. 

 

However, the use of a 1 second bomb fuse and a fighter or bomber moving at 300km at about 60 meters is really effective long run. 

 

Especially if your bomber has 44 sc 50's..
