Performance degradation after last update

I used to be in the 60+ fps range, but now I barely scratch 45.

RX5700XT and Ryzen 5600X, settings pretty much maxed out.

I tried to disable the in-game VSync, SSAO and HDR but to no avail.

Not that 45 is so bad after all, but... is it just me?
